All of us at Miller & Co. love a good meal. Most of our team meetings are over lunch, and we are guilty of planning showings around different food options in and outside the city!
Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonette's newest restaurant concept Faccia a Faccia focuses on seasonal dishes highlighting Italian cuisine from the coastal regions of Liguria, Sicily, Sardinia, and more. (Perfect meal before a White Lotus binge!) Our favorite dishes (keep in mind the menu changes frequently) are Crispy Squash Blossoms, Fried Artichoke, Risotto con Funghi and the Grilled Lobster. If the night is still young, and you want another perfectly balanced cocktail, be sure to check out Bar Pallino below. Located at 278 Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay.
A Greek oasis in the heart of the South End, Kava Neo Taverna serves up authentic Greek and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, beverages, and wines. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly wait staff make this a ‘go-to’ for us. Our must-try dishes are the grilled octopus, moussaka, and the to-die-for Zucchini chips that are light and perfectly crisp. The food is fresh, clean, not too greasy, and made with love. Make sure to order extra Tzatziki sauce! Located at 315 Shawmut Ave in Boston's South End.
Sister restaurant to Nantucket's hottest and hardest to get table (also called Nautilus) Nautilus Pier 4 is known for creative blends of Asian, Mediterranean, and Latin-inspired cuisine made from local New England ingredients. All dishes are made for sharing and the cocktail list is creative and culinarily inspired. Our favorite Dishes? Charcoal-Grilled Prawns, Blue Crab Fried Rice and the Whole Roasted Peking Duck table feast. Located at 300 Pier 4 Blvd. in Boston's Seaport.
A new edition to the Boston restaurant scene, Contessa, is perched atop the Newbury Hotel with stunning views of the Boston Garden and the Downtown skyline. Executive Chef, Matt Eckfeld, reimagines mid-century Northern Italian dishes with perfection. The Squash Carpaccio and Macaroni con Cinghiale are our go-to dishes! Designed by interior designer Ken Fulk, you feel like you’re dining in a jewel box in the sky. If you can, get there for brunch in the warmer months when they open the floor-to-ceiling windows!
A neo-French bistro perched in the heart of Back Bay, Rochambeau dishes up some of the best steak frites in the city. The vibrant two-story restaurant on Boylston Street serves fantastic cocktails in their downstairs bar while the upstairs dining room is perfect for either date night or a night out with friends. The restaurant also has private dining areas if you are looking for a place to throw a party. Insider tip: Rochambeu’s weekend brunch is always a good time and a not to miss.
